This Privacy Policy explains how EURO PRIME FARMACEUTICALS S.R.L. (“EPF”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Moldova (IDNO 1014600025746) with its registered office at bd. Dacia 38/3, of. 33, MD-2060, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website or contact us.

We only collect the data you provide to us directly, namely:

• Information submitted through our feedback form: your name, email address and the message (cover letter) you send us;
• The email address you provide when you voluntarily subscribe to our communications;
• Basic technical information (such as the IP address of a submission) kept for security and anti-spam purposes.

2. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiries and process wholesale order requests;
• send transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, account verification, password resets, customer-support responses and important service announcements;
